Shipping Policy

All orders are processed as quickly as possible; our goal is to ship as fast as possible to provide you with the best customer experience.

To offer the most competitive prices, we ship from independent warehouses located in the EU and China.

All items sold by KEYMAXPRO are guaranteed to arrive within 30 business days (excluding remote areas). Orders to most countries will arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

Except for Hong Kong holidays (excluding out-of-stock and customized items), all orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days.

If your address is in a remote area, an additional remote area surcharge will apply. (Our customer service staff will contact you to reimburse shipping costs for some remote areas (such as Puerto Rico, Alaska, etc.).)

In most cases, we cannot ship to military addresses such as APO/FPO, and commercial courier companies such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and TNT also cannot ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

For some EU countries, we may choose tax-free shipping channels. The declared value of the goods will be lower than their actual value.

Our responsibility for the goods terminates once we confirm with the carrier that they have been delivered to your address.

If you discover the goods are lost after signing for them, we will be unable to resend or issue a refund. Once delivery to your address is confirmed, you assume responsibility for the goods.

We are not responsible for situations where the carrier makes multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts. It is the customer's responsibility to coordinate with the carrier to receive the goods at a convenient time and place. If the goods are returned to KEYMAXPRO due to undeliverable conditions, we will not provide a refund.

Buyers are responsible for cooperating with customs clearance. If customs requires the buyer to provide information or pay additional taxes, and the buyer fails to cooperate due to their own reasons, resulting in customs clearance failure, we will not be held liable.

Each buyer is responsible for their own customs duties, consumption taxes, etc. KEYMAXPRO is not responsible if customs or other relevant government departments require the buyer to pay taxes.

We recommend that you understand the local tax policies before placing an order. After the package arrives at customs, we will do our best to provide the necessary customs declaration documents. However, please ensure that you can successfully complete the customs clearance process. If customs clearance fails, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, you will be responsible for any costs and losses incurred.

Due to the low efficiency of the Colombian and South African postal systems, packages typically take 60 days or longer to arrive.

If you wish to receive your package faster, we recommend contacting our customer support team to upgrade to a faster courier service, such as UPS or FedEx. Please note that upgrading will incur additional charges.
